Sorting machine for orange juice making line
Food-grade 304 austenitic stainless steel material is used in all parts of the juice processing machinery and the anti-blocking roller conveyor, ensuring that the orange is transported forward and rotates at the same time, with a maximum limit to prevent missed and unsanitary dead spots in juice making. The drum space of the orange sorting machine can be adjusted according to the differences in fruit, preventing missing and blocking. PLC full automatic control, variable frequency control, smooth operation, and noise is not greater than 80 dB. The sorted oranges can be transported to the designated location by a floating hydraulic launder, which is under the washing machine and clean and easy to manage. According to the structure, sorting machines can be divided into rollaround type, chain type, and flat type in order to fit the use of various materials.
